Delivery details:

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day. So our delivery cut off is 3pm, however delivery pickups from us variety and 3pm is the earliest time they collect, so if any order comes through after 3pm and the delivery driver had not picked up yet, we will send out for you, but never assume this and assume that any order received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders dispatched on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Monday of the following week (unless a bank holiday). If you order after 3pm on a Friday, these will be sent out on the next working day.

Delivery price does not increase for volume, so if you order 1 item or 100 items this will not increase.

Royal Mail:

European fast 2 day service with DPD
Due to popular demand, we now have the fast DPD 2 day delivery service to the following countries:

• France
• Germany
• Eire
• Netherlands
• Spain
• Austria
• Italy

These countries will all be delivered within 2-3 days from £14.95 to £19.95 with DPD classic European 2 day delivery and volume is up to 30kg and will be the same delivery whether you order 1 laptop charger or 50, nothing will be sent at weekends or bank holidays.

European Delivery for all countries excluding the fast DPD country service
£7.95 European delivery starts from, for your standard size and weight ac adapter, prices increase for the more powerful chargers that weight heavier and quantities, so the average charger will cost £7.95 to deliver anywhere in Europe and will be sent via Royal mail International air delivery service, which can be tracked via Royal mails website and can take approx 3-10 working days.

USA & Rest of world delivery Delivery
£9.95 USA, Canada and the Rest of the world delivery starts from, depending on weight and quantity of chargers and delivery timescale very much depends on your location, local customs and local delivery couriers for a true estimated delivery time, but Royal mail estimates this to be 5-10 workings days.

International delivery taxes
Due to Brexit, where applicable you the customer will be responsible for any customs charges within your own country, It is your responsibility as the importer to know your countries taxes, when purchasing from the UK, we will not be held responsible for any of your countries taxes, once dispatched you will be emailed the tracking number.

Outside UK orders
Your countries plug or power cable, will be sent with your order, so for example if your delivery address is the Italy, then a EU plug will be sent, if you address is the USA, then a US plug will be sent. If so some reason you don't want your countries plug sent, please email us to let us know this.

Fast Europe and Worldwide Delivery
If you need a fast delivery for any countries not included in the DPD 2 day service, whether in Europe or any other worldwide destination, then please contact us via email and just let us know the item or items you require and the full delivery address and we will email you back a quote from the cheapest delivery option for this, as we use all major shipping companies, such DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, UPS or TNT and offer next day or 2 - 3 days quick tracked deliveries.

EU Shipments: Due to brexit and the UK withdrawing from EU, you no longer have to pay UK VAT tax of 20% on items bought from Coywood, if these bought and delivered to outside the UK, however you will have to pay import taxes before delivery, which variety from country to country.

Wrong delivery address
Royal Mail:
If you enter the wrong delivery address, then this will be sent back to us and once received back, you will need to pay the delivery charge again to resend to the correct address.

DHL:
If you the customer enter a wrong delivery address, then this is out of our control and DHL will charge £12 for change of delivery address, so please do make sure you sending to an address that will be able to receive your order or a neighbour is capable of receiving your order. If it is easier to be sent to your place of work, then enter your place of work as your delivery address. 

Drop Ship service:
If you would like your item sending plain label and without invoice, please contact us via telephone or email before or just after placing your order and if you contact us via email, please make sure we have responded to your request.

1/ how much is delivery on a laptop charger:
(A) Royal mail is £3.99, DHL next working day is £7.95
 
2/ if I order the wrong charger can I send it back: (A) yes just email us with your order number and make & model of laptop and we will send you an RMA number
 
3/ I need 10 chargers do I pay 10 delivery charges: (A) No same delivery cost of £7.50 for 1 charger or 20 laptop chargers.
 
4/ I need a laptop charger ac adapter for my laptop how do I tell which one I need: (A) check your make & model then go to the charger section and look under the manufacturers and then the voltage and amp. (Your voltage and amp is located on your old charger under Output. If you do not have your old charger then check underneath your laptop and it normally states it on the panel. (Some models you have to remove the battery then it will list your output where the battery sits). After this if you are still unsure email us on info@coywood.com
